Direct relationships with farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and Kenya. We visit origins annually.

Every lot is cupped and scored before purchase. We select only specialty-grade beans scoring 84+.

Roast

Small-batch roasting on our Probat UG-22, profiled to highlight each bean's origin character.

Deliver

Roasted to order and shipped within 24 hours. Peak flavor within 7-21 days of roast date.
